Victor Brandt

Driven to excel and guided by the highest level of integrity and a deep-rooted commitment to exceptional service, and licensed for over 34 years, Victor co-founded a prominent brokerage in 2001 with his wife and business partner Myra Brandt. Known for his keen financial and market expertise, Victor helps clients capitalize on strategic opportunities and maximize their real estate investments. Having bought and sold many properties for his own portfolio both in Hawaii and on the mainland, Victor’s passion and specialty is focused primarily on income-producing real estate. On several occasions, he’s gone beyond representing a Buyer or Seller to become an active principal assisting throughout all phases of a project - from analysis and planning to construction build-out and marketing. When it comes to understanding Hawaii’s real estate market, Victor blends the best of experience and expertise and truly enjoys the process.

Among his many professional achievements, accolades and industry affiliations, Victor is a Member of the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee through HBR and a Certified Commercial Investment Member since 1998.

Victor enjoys hiking, skiing, water sports, flying, dirt biking, travel, and is an avid reader. He is involved with entrepreneurs and start-up initiatives, music, art and science as part of his commitment to give back to his community.
