Tinei Makaiau

As a new agent, Tinei’s goal was to place himself in the best possible situation to grow, to provide the highest-quality service to his clients. He found it an easy decision to join Corcoran Pacific Properties, where he could work and learn under a broker he knows and trusts, in a firm that would provide him with all the tools needed to be successful.

Originally from the Aloha State, Tinei grew up in a real estate-focused family, with a grandfather who is a contractor, and a mother who is a real estate agent. As a result, he has an insider’s perspective on his island and a wealth of background knowledge.

Tinei recognizes that every real estate purchase or sale is a major event for that specific client. He is committed to ensuring that all clients feel comfortable throughout each transaction and fully satisfied with the end result. Friendly and approachable, he works diligently and thoroughly attends to all details. When he is not hard at work, he enjoys family time and practicing jiu-jitsu.
