Susan Borochov is an experienced REALTOR® with a long history of success since early on in her career. Her dedication to real estate began many years ago starting her own businesses, first handling vacation rentals, which lead to buying and selling her own properties. Susan enjoyed her business so much, she branched off into strictly real estate sales which is now her passion.

Born and raised on O`ahu, Susan possesses the market knowledge, expertise and negotiating skills to handle real estate transactions. Susan excels at creatively developing strategies that aim for her clients’ goals. Her exceptional work ethic and hands-on approach to assisting buyers and sellers throughout the entire process are what make her stand out among other top-producing realtors.

Within Susan’s first year in real estate sales, she was recognized as a top producing agent by winning multiple awards. She has consecutively won the Total Outstanding Performance Award, top production awards, and top salesperson awards. Susan also values giving back to the community. She is a charter member Rotarian, has been a volunteer with the HUGS Fundraisers, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association. She also contributes yearly to various non-profit animal organizations, is a registered American Red Cross volunteer, and has participated in orchestrating the annual fundraiser for Crime Stoppers.
