A REALTOR® for 29+ years, Paul Roy is a Certified Real Estate Instructor with many years of real estate industry experience in sales, new construction, brokerage management, technology and education. His business passion is helping others accomplish their goals.

Previously Principal Broker and Managing Partner at Coldwell Banker Makai Properties on the island of Kauai, Paul joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2020. As a Broker-in-Charge, and a Director of Agent Development, Paul leads Corcoran Pacific’s sales teams in Princeville and Koloa, Kauai, and Wailea and Lahaina, Maui.

Paul’s real estate career began in 1993, when he left his government job with great pay and benefits to launch his real estate career in Tri-Cities, Washington. He quickly found success as Rookie of the Year, and a 7 year Top 1% Performer.

Paul and his wife Rebecca (Reba), a Corcoran Pacific agent, love traveling to visit their families, children, and grandchildren on the mainland, as well as hosting friends and family at their home.
