When not selling real estate, Mavis is active with the annual Chapter Golf Benefit for the Hawaii Children’s Cancer Foundation. She also volunteers for the Sony Open, the largest charity golf event in Hawaii, which has raised over $15 million for local non-profits since 1999.
Mavis’ passion for learning has led to experiences such as piloting an airplane. She's also an avid golfer and committed to her CrossFit and F45 workouts, with a belief in keeping both mind and body sharp and bringing that focused mindset into business. She applies a related principal to working with her clients, seeing challenge not as a difficulty, but as an opportunity to go beyond a comfort zone and learn new skills.
