Makoto Ki

Born in Yokohama, Japan and currently a resident of Big Island, Hawaii, Makoto joined Corcoran Pacific Properties to leverage the company’s outstanding support and resources towards providing her clients with exceptional service and value. Her professional goal is to always bring value, integrity, and a remarkable work ethic to every client and transaction.

Makoto earned a BA in Communication Arts from Marymount Manhattan College, and lived in New York for 31 years, where she is also licensed with The Corcoran Group. For over 15 years, Makoto’s real estate career was focused on selling townhouses, condos, coops, development and mixed use properties in New York. Taking great pride in going above and beyond for her clients, Makoto is fluent in Japanese, as well as conversational Korean and Spanish. She now focuses on single family, condos, multi-family and investment properties on Big Island and Oahu. In her free time, Makoto enjoys dancing, swimming, hiking and cooking.
