Lisa L. Kennedy

Born on the Island of Oahu, and active in real estate for over 15 years, Lisa is an award-winning agent with experience in Real Estate Sales and Consultation from first time home buyers to luxury residential, new project sales, and commercial real estate in Hawaii’s fast-moving market. Having graduated with her Bachelor's degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Lisa continued her education in business at Chaminade University earning a Masters in Business Administration. Lisa is known for her entrepreneurial-mindedness, strong negotiation skills, high initiative, integrity, and positive attitude. She has a very warm welcoming spirit towards all those she comes in contact with.

An experienced negotiator and multitasker who closely listens to her clients’ needs, communicates clearly to guide them through the sales or transaction process, Lisa provides the highest level of service aiming to make it worthy of referrals! She is currently also affiliated with NAR and HBR.

Inspired and motivated to assist buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, Lisa was recognized for her outstanding work and received a Luxury Homes Designation, Outside Broker of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Presidential Awards.

In 2022, Lisa joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because of the extensive services the company provides to agents, and the supportive, friendly team. She is currently active in sales throughout the state of Hawaii, having sold on Oahu Kauai, Maui and Big Island.

In 2019, Lisa trained to be a Landed partner agent. Being the wife of a firefighter, mother and sister to educators, daughter of a social worker, granddaughter of a medical doctor and Honolulu deputy police chief, she is very motivated to assist essential workers with establishing a place they can call home! Landed provides home-buying assistance designed to help education, healthcare, and government employees buy homes and build financial security in or near the communities they serve. When not assisting clients, Lisa – avid lover of the outdoors – enjoys walks, hikes and the beautiful blue ocean while visiting family and friends. Lisa is also a giver: she practices Life Coaching and loves to volunteer in community outreaches and mission trips with her church.
