What drew you to real estate?
As a native of Kaua’i with deep Hawaiian ancestry, this island holds a special place in my heart. Its rich history and close-knit communities have shaped me into the person I am today. With over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in cutting-edge integrated smart home systems, I am a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) with a passion for problem-solving and working with people. Becoming a Realtor has given me the opportunity to combine my skills and serve my local community with culture, authenticity, and integrity.

Living on Kaua’i is truly unique, as it offers a connection with the elements and a spiritual energy that is unlike anywhere else. It is a friendly and diverse place where relationships and accountability are highly valued. Family is at the heart of the community, grounding us in the values of Hawai’i and instilling aloha in our lives. I feel incredibly fortunate to call Kaua’i my home and am committed to preserving its beauty for future generations.
Where would you buy a home?
When it comes to buying a home, I have a special affinity for Hanalei and Po'ipū. Having grown up in both communities, I have unique insights into their magic and character. Hanalei with its rainbows, waterfalls, and relaxed vibes always captures my heart, while Po'ipū offers the perfect blend of sun, surf, and local charm. These local communities are essential to the island culture, and I am dedicated to helping others understand what makes them so special.
Who is your favorite musician/author?
As a lover of music and storytelling, I draw inspiration from musicians like Jack Johnson and local comedian Rap Reiplinger. In my free time, I also enjoy recording my own music and have won Nā Hōkū Hanohano awards for my albums. I've also dabbled in acting, appearing in popular TV shows and movies filmed in Hawai’i and Los Angeles.
What do you do for fun?
When I'm not working or indulging in my artistic pursuits, you'll find me in the ocean, adventuring with my wife, Cassady Sirois Kruse. We love hiking, sailing, biking, and swimming together, and surfing has been a lifelong passion for me. I was a competitive bodyboarder and surfer in my younger years, even representing Hawai’i in the 2002 ISA World Surfing Games in South Africa. Now, Cassady and I are enjoying quality time with our newly adopted rescue dog, “Kodi”, a Doberman/hound mix, adding joy and excitement to our lives.
