Kathryn Walter

Born in Torrance Ca, and having grown up in the surrounding beach cities of southern California/ Los Angeles, Kathryn attended El Camino College and CCSF where she studied business, communications and journalism. With an extensive background in the service industry, Kathryn moved to Kauai almost 9 years ago and joined a local brokerage.

Kathryn was fascinated by real estate and lifestyles since early childhood. For years, she used to ask her mom to drive her around their surrounding Los Angeles neighborhoods (Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach etc) and take her to open houses. Kathryn also loves seeing people happy and having their home ownership dreams coming true.

Kathryn joined Corcoran Pacific Properties because of the company’s excellent reputation, and great referrals from friends who are with the company. She was also encouraged by Paul Roy, who was her previous broker and with whom she enjoyed working.

Currently, Kathryn specializes in the south side of Kauai, but is well versed in selling real estate all over the island. Her focus is on whatever area clients are interested in! She has experience in many different types of real estate, having sold condos, lots, residential, and large acreage properties. Kathryn’s style is highly professional with a sense of fun. Clients know her as humble, down to earth, and genuine, willing to work hard to get the job done. She is unwavering in her commitment to serve her clients’ interests, is a great listener and always looking to learn new things.

Outside of work, Kathryn loves hot yoga, hiking, the beach, and talking walks with her dog. She also loves to cook healthy vegetarian / vegan meals, as well as read and travel!
