Hannah Sirois spent her childhood on Maui, the Big Island of Hawaii and Oahu, touring open houses all over with her father, Realtor and local tennis legend, John W. Somerville. She began her own career in 1985, and now 36 years later, Hannah is one of Hawaii’s preeminent Realtors, specializing in world-class beachfront estates, luxury resort properties, exquisite homes with ocean views and highly desirable development inventory across a variety of island communities.

A Punahou School and University of California at Berkeley graduate, Hannah began her real estate career in property management and transitioned into sales and development in 1987. As a Broker, she quickly gained a reputation for both her skill and diplomacy.

She is consistently recognized by Hawaii Business Magazine as a Top 100 Realtor in Hawaii and a member of the Real Estate Hall of Fame, a Pacific Business News 40 Under 40 Awardee, Past President of the Kauai Board of REALTORS and voted their 2019 Realtor of the Year. She continues to represent Kauai at the state level as a Director at Large of the Hawaii Association of Realtors.

Hannah often represents developers in the acquisition, pre-development, sales and marketing of Kauai projects. Her development experience is second to none and covers the island of Kauai. Considered a leader in this arena, she has overseen successful launch and sales for innumerable developments across the island.

A licensed Broker Partner with Corcoran Pacific Properties, Hannah works as a team with Peter Sirois, Cassady Sirois Kruse and Kristie Rutherford under their Sirois Kauai brand. To date, Sirois Kauai closed in excess of 1,450 properties totaling over $1 billion dollars in sales volume.
