When Deborah came to Hawaii on her honeymoon almost three decades ago, she instantly fell in love with the islands' unique quality of life, friendly people, perfect climate, and incredible scenery. Since 1998, she has made the Aloha state her home.

A licensed contractor in painting and decorating, Deborah has a wealth of experience helping clients prepare and stage their homes for sale. She works with local interior designers regularly and has developed extensive knowledge about current style trends. Able to look at an outdated home and assist clients with imagining the possibilities, she found that a career in real estate was a natural progression.
Deborah also owns a successful small corporation, Thompson Art Studios, Inc. (www.debthompsonart.com), which specializes in decorative painting and artwork for some of the most prestigious homes on the Kohala Coast. She has a passion for bringing collectors together with the perfect artists and art pieces. Deborah has a wealth of contacts in the construction and design industry which are an integral part of homeownership, especially when living on an island.
One of Deborah's first transactions was a friend referral that resulted in a $5,600,000.00 sale and earned her the "Rookie of the Year '' award. In her first two years as a real estate professional, she recorded over $27 Million in sales. Today, her exceptional work ethic and tenacity resulted in a remarkable total sale volume of $38 Million, making her one of the most successful agents in Hawaii. In her free time, Deborah enjoys swimming at the beach and spending time with her husband of 25 years and two grown daughters. She also enjoys traveling and listening to audiobooks on long walks with her dog Daisy.
