Deborah M. Lui-Anderson

A desire to gain insight and knowledge into the real estate industry is what prompted Debbie to become licensed in 2003. Throughout her time in the business, she has cultivated an extensive client list and credits her ability to communicate effectively and her deep understanding of the homebuyer’s needs, as the reason for her success. Debbie genuinely loves working with people and takes a great deal of pride helping each individual choose the home that fits their lifestyles and needs. A passionate entrepreneur, Debbie has owned several restaurants with her husband, including Lanikai Juice and Bogart’s Cafe. Currently, they’re the owners of the popular Morning Brew Coffee House & Bistro, which they founded in1995.

Debbie is excited to be joining Corcoran Pacific Properties and admires the company’s commitment to outstanding customer service, as well as its strong focus on encouraging employees to find a career-life balance. When she’s not working with her clients, she enjoys running, hiking and taking adventurous trips with her family.
