Deani L. Higashi

Passionate about providing the best services to clients while working with a professional team, Deani joins Corcoran Pacific Properties looking to refocus her career on real estate sales on the beautiful island of Kauai. She has been involved with real estate for over 17 years, having owned her own service company and working closely with high end vacation rentals from Kapaa to Poipu, as well as two major brokerages. Her first $3M+ sale from a walk-in in Kukuiula earned her a rookie of the year award.

As a mother of five adult children who is currently raising two grandchildren, Deani is very involved with her family, which includes two beloved dogs. Everyone loves the beach and an active lifestyle. Deani also loves to travel, is learning French, and recently joined the Kauai Athletic Club where she also practices yoga. Volunteering remains a priority for Deani, who helped the Kauai Habitat for Humanity in the past, and joined the Kauai Board of Realtors as a volunteer for the Kauai Marathon in recent years.
