Danny Brendike

Originally born in Cologne, Germany, Danny was raised in Tampa, Florida. He later attended the University of Washington where he earned a degree in Environmental Studies. He first received his real estate license in 2015 in Seattle, Washington and shortly after settled in Hilo, Hawaii in 2018.

Having lived in various places, Danny became experienced in moving and relocating to new homes. This developed his interest in real estate and he began to invest in rental properties. Danny understands that we all go through various chapters in our lives and recognizes the need to assist his clients along their own journeys. Investing in rental real estate is a mark of success, for Danny as well as his clients, and he is dedicated to helping them with buying and selling their homes and properties to make the most out of their investments.

Danny has over 20 years of diversified experience in management, investment and real estate and he can produce strong results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. He also has strong skills in process improvement, hospitality, leasing, quality assurance, customer relations, financial services, technical support, leasing and retail.

In his free time, Danny enjoys gardening, home improvement, photography and road trips. He is also fluent in German. He lives with his husband Hamlet and their cat Coco.
