Danial T. Garven

Born and raised in Carlsbad, CA, Danial moved in 1981 at age 17 to Hawaii with two surfboards, a suitcase and around $100.00. Here he worked for many years in advertising and digital signage sales, until 2014 when he decided to get licensed in Kauai and launch his real estate career. Inspired by his passion for helping friends and clients, and with a strong background in sales, pursuing a professional real estate path was a natural progression for Danial. He has sold everything from large commercial, residential, raw land and condominiums across the island. In 2014, he was awarded CBMP Hawaii " New Agent of the Year", in 2020 CBIP Hawaii " Up and Coming Agent" award, and in 2021, Hawaii Business Magazine "Top Producer in Real Estate" designation.

As a serving member of the Grievance Committee, Danial takes great pride in upholding impeccable ethical practices in real estate. He decided to join Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2021 because one of the firm’s BICs and several agents are friends and associates. In addition, Danial was looking for a uniquely comprehensive support package, which is something the company offers its agents.

When not working, Danial enjoys surfing, golf, and extensive international travel. He has visited over 19 foreign countries and counting. He also volunteers as coach for youth AYSO on the west side of Kauai, as he has done for 11 years.
