Chuck has been passionately involved in real estate sales, management, relocation and technology since first obtaining his Hawaii real estate license in 1988 at age 24. Over the past 30+ years, Chuck has held executive leadership roles at several luxury, independent and franchise real estate brokerages in Hawaii. He joined Corcoran Pacific Properties - Hawaii’s only statewide franchise - in 2018. As President and Principal Broker, he oversees brokerage sales and operations on Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island.
Also active in the broader real estate industry, Chuck volunteers with numerous professional organizations including the Real Estate Business Institute Hawaii (Board President, 2012), the Residential Real Estate Council, the Relocation Directors Council (Board President, 2021), and the HiCentral MLS Board of Directors (Board President, 2023).
Chuck’s broad range of real estate knowledge includes experience as a broker in the Christie's International Real Estate, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Sotheby’s International Realty networks, as well as the Director of Implementation Services at RealPage, Inc., the leading multifamily property management software company, leading a team who managed conventional, HUD Section 8 and LIHTC tax credit software implementations for property management companies across the U.S.
Education has always been an important aspect of Chuck’s career. Over the years, he's earned numerous designations and certifications including: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Multiple Listing Executive Volunteer (CMLXv), Global Destination Specialist (GDS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, with family across the U.S. Mainland, Chuck loves to travel. He also enjoys time with his husband at their home in Kāneʻohe (Windward O'ahu). As self-described tech geek and avid reader, Chuck is also a podcast junkie; the perfect companion to yard work, his favorite downtime activity.
